Once again I am disappointed by the flippant (!is that a word?) reviews.
I've been computing 30 years and my main interest is PIM's -- "Personal information managers" and more broadly info management on all levels.
I have spent thousands of hours learning and setting up databases and evaluating software .. always looking for the better "mouse trap". Well let me tell you this is pretty darn good. I almost didn't take based on the crappy reviews. I sure am glad I gave it a go! Great software and apologies for many negative reviews .. constructive excepted. To all the great programmers and developers ... you sure have my respect! I wish that mentality were more prevalent at this great site! Thanks to the great people behind this site oh so much!

I am having trouble registering the program. I read the readme file and followed the instructions. I ran Setup.exe and then Activate.exe. Activate.exe claims the program was successfully activated, but when I run the program, Help|About indicates that the software is unregistered.

This software has its place.

Users vary in their individual requirements. For example, I find the features of this software practical and useful.
We react differently to the user interface of a software. I like the ease of use of this.

Simple is not lousy.

The ultimate aim of such software is that the user gets things done as per their plan and timetable.

But seriously how many of us do?
Even with the most expensive, most sophisticated PIM or Project Management software (which by the way are to totally different categories) we do not get things done.

when are people going to stop complaining about the price of something they are getting for free? it's free in only the sense of immediate monetary expenditure.
I had used paper notes years ago, but too often they went into the clothes washer :(
Paper notes are good for short term intensive projects.
And a calendar in your portable portage (backpack, etc) is slightly better than hung on a wall near your doorway.

A to do list, that is what wives are for!
That's a Honey-Do list ;)

#33 I have the same issue. The title at the top shows "Daily To-Do List Unregistered" and if I go to About it says "Registered to: Unregistered"
SO the question remains is the dang thing registered or not?
