The screenshot is just for a portion of the Quick Options menu, the full options are more extensive. You don't have to use the things that you don't need; basic operation is very simple. One thing that concerns me is that the programmer isn't top-notch; unlike most other clipboard enhancers, there's no mention in the change history of updating specifically for Vista (it should work on Vista, but it won't be as reliable as specific support for Vista). Ditto has a portable version. If you're serious about using these types of utilities, you should take a look at another one I mentioned, ClipMate. Although you have to pay for it if you like it and want to keep it, it has features I haven't noticed elsewhere. There are video demos on the website. Its paste operations are somewhat reversed from the way Ditto works. It also has a portable version.
