See, I tried to uninstall it and it said it is either corrupted or uninstall from original download which I tried that. I was using the revo installer after it came up with the corrupted or uninstall from original but after ask you scan left over files i think i deleted them. Really at this point i am not sure?
Installed and worked properly, but having to manually inspect THOUSANDS of deletion listings guarantees that you're going to miss something important. My next reboot required me to reinstall programs whose files I'd inadvertantly deleted. I wouldn't recommend this program until they organize the deletion list a lot better.

I have been visiting GOTD pretty regularly for the past couple of years. In addition to my deep appreciation for the unique value of GOTD offerings, it has been a great learning experience for me and I very much appreciate the value everyone's input.

However, it occurs to me that the critique shootouts that occur on these pages for determining the "better" application it is more often a case of a comparing apples to oranges, if you'll forgive the cliche. The nuances and specialties of each application of comparison would more often seem to qualify a determination of "different" as opposed to "better".

I bring this perspective to light not to be critical or picky (no soapboxes here). It seems to me that it would be more helpful, especially to the more uninitiated of us, if comparison conclusions were drawn more along the lines of "different" rather than "better". This, I believe, (in the spirit of fairness and professionalism) would go a long way to avoid impuning the value of any, especially a much appreciated GOTD offering, and allow us to more pointedly determine which application, according to our own particular usage and preferences, would be the better choice.

Although, there are times where one application could appear to be a clear winner over others, or rare instances of shoddy development occur, in my opinion, for these valuable "off the cuff" informal reviews, at the risk of sacrificing pure entertainment value, it would still be more valuable to all if the "different", not "better", format were used.

Re #60:

- just discovered that the latest version of Revo Uninstaller (free version) has no info on installation dates! (They are all set to a recent date). It may be available in the Pro version. So better use an old version, and not upgrade, as #60 suggests.
