This is a great little clock program if you take the time to learn how to use it. The reminders are already keeping me in line! There are some fun additional free downloads out there for it as well. Many Thanks.

Unfortunately, the developers wouldn't respond to pleas for installation help. Not the best marketing tactics for a 'tempter' at Giveaways.

So I had to search for a registration solution for version 5.1 and I was successful after a few alternatives..

Didn't get a broken Vista desktop in any way here, Tim. What parts?

But I still can't get it running without intervention or registered as a Limited User (Vista) although it's fine as an admin. :-/

I find it a nice configurable Notification Area (System Tray) clock.

Thanks to Fubar and others I have turned off the time-server checking.

I am, however, having trouble with the program being recognised as validly registered when running under a Vista HP Limited User. As an Admin CC IS registered but when I switch to a lesser user account it's not.

Is this another kiddy developer who hasn't come to terms with the great value of running computers by way of restricted accounts? How many decades old is that concept..? No wonder Vista struggles against troglodytes...

I love this software. It has a complete set of features that the regular clock lacks. I don't replace the system tray clock though, since I never actually look there.

It's a perfect tool for home use. It takes up 6MB of RAM when running, that's hardly what I call bloated. I could run quite a few clocks in my 2GB of free RAM.

For you who complain that it doesn't work... Did you even consider the fact that it might be YOUR computer that is crap and not the software when it doesn't work properly? I recommended this download to several people running a wide variety of windows version and none has had any problems running it. Install a PROPER windows installation which is not hacked to oblivion with activation cracks, registry hacks, killing of services, removed virtual memory, hacked system files for custom themes and things like that. You'll notice that most software you've rashly claimed were crap will run just fine.
