It is only 100k and it doesn't require installation. You can select a rectangular region or freehand an area to be copied to the clipboard. As soon as you release the mouse button, it's done. There are only about 5 options, so even us GAOTD denizens can manage it. The second is called Bug Shooting. No, honest! It combines screen capture with a "paint"-ish environment for annotating and otherwise fiddlin' with what you captured. It was developed for software testers so they can point out boo-boos in applications, but works for humans also. Snippy is used by a number of instructors at work and is my KISS favorite.
