This is a demo version which only converts 20 minutes. Application seems like it would be good if it was an actual application rather than a demo. Of course, since i cant actually convert an entire movie because the software's been crippled, who knows if it actually works?!

Works wonderful! I converted an XVid coded clip to YouTube format in FLV with high bitrates on the audio and video, and successfully posted it to youtube. No hassles, works great! Lovely conversation GUI graphics, simple and easy. My new favorite. thanks Givewawy of the Day.

Typical badly configured, low quality converter. If you didn't get this one, you didn't miss anything. I don't understand why these companies keep making these low quality programs, or why people buy them. There are so many free options that produce far better quality. Yes, they don't convert as quickly (quality takes time), and they may not look as pretty (nice buttons do not equate to good video), but they work far better that applications like this. I tested this program with several different conversions from the same source, using built-in templates and custom configurations, and every video it produced was uniformly poor. A big thumbs down to Aplus. Much more like a D minus.

Looks like a useful app... BUT of no good use when it fails to run..

I get "VideoConvert MFC Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Additional info is:

AppName: videoconvert.exe AppVer: 1.0.0.1 ModName: qedit.dll
ModVer: 6.5.2600.2180 Offset: 0001b2af

If the company will make corrections and provide the same opportunity for us, I would give it another try.. Thanks!!

WOW!!!

 I think this is a very nice piece a program! I Downloaded and installed vey easy. I loaded in a strange AVI format that my camera uses and it loaded right up. I have spent all day preparing a diffent Program Video authoring GIG on my computer, so i didnt have the chance to really test all the features. Sorry. I did convert to MPG thou, and when i tried to drop it into my video software it said {PAL not supported}. Well, i thought PAL was for people in England and those countries. I think we in USA only use ?NTSC?. Obviously I dont know what i am talking about at all, but thats ok-> i will learn quick.
 The program looks ver nice thou, and the ease of use is very direct with really no help needed. I am sure you can read above from people that know more about this {area of the unknown video}...

 Sorry for the not so informative post, I really jst wanted to say an extra extra thanks to the people at giveawayoftheday. Yup, yesterdays giveaway + todays giveaway put together; offers a very powerful combination "yup, i noticed that-> and am smiling deeply"

 thankyou giveaway and Aplus Software [and all the programmers}

Tried to convert some DVD VOB files to MPG and two of the five showed up as having a length of something like -55 minutes. Possibly an issue with input files of 2Gb size?
