One problem I had was that all the settings I unchecked when installing (start on windows startup, etc.) were checked when I went to the settings tabs so I had to uncheck them all again. Hate when that happens...

I think this is a 'way cool' application. My thanks to both Giveaway of the Day AND AnVir Task Manager. I don't think it is suitable for the fait hearted or feeble minded however.

I was using the previous GOTD version of this on my old computer, and when I got my new one, one of the first things I installed was the free version. One of my favorite features is the delayed startup. I'm so pleased to get this updated version. Thank you AnVir and GOTD.

tried adding this as an idea to add but it wouldn't let me.....

It would be nice to see which tab of a browser you are dealing with when looking at how much memory or CPU etc you are using. If you have multiple tabs open, if one for example has a flash memory leak, it can be a major issue. Would be nice to know more about which tab rather than just one of multiple in IE, or Chrome etc...

Is this software free only for 20 days? Mine says it is a 20 free trial. If I had known that, I would not have installed it, or have I done something wrong.

Fascinating reading everyone's opinion on the software. I have Process Lasso via GoTDfor process monitoring and Soluto as Alpha & Beta tester for startup/crash/add-ons management. For CPU temperature I use the rather geeky, individual core reporting RealTempGT also free. The only one I would consider changing is Soluto as it's seemingly a bit heavy in it's startup but it such a *nice* looking program.

After thinking long and hard about this, I decided to keep with what I have working already on my venerable Windows XP PC. Thanks anyway, it is nice to see all 3 bundled together in one application. However, I'd love to hear what working set memory load the application has when running at background, open, & after a full boot.

RealTempGT - 1 thread at 2,472K
Soluto - 3 threads at 99,192K, 82,392K & 24,704K
ProcessLasso - 2 threads at 10,516K & 2,184K
total : 221,460K

Installed and activated very easily. I installed it about 6 hours ago was pretty impressed with it. Then I tried to launch a Steam game. The game launcher crashed about 7 times in a row; since this was the only program I've installed today, I thought it might be the problem. I ended the AnVir Task Manager process (ironically from within AnVir Task Manager) and my Steam game started up fine. I'm keeping it for now, but it would be better if I didn't have to terminate it for gaming.
