It supports multiple monitors and virtual desktops. Read all of the online documentation for it (the site navigation is on the right). It has many features which eliminate the value of virtual desktops. It has various hotkeys, but I use the mouse (if using right-mouse-click plus mouse-wheel activation, don't move the mouse when activating) and I have it set for sticky mode. Multiple applications can be selected via the middle-mouse-click, then right-click for group options. NTWind WindowSpace is commercial, but very handy (W2K and higher). If you have multiple monitors, it can move applications between monitors. It has a lot of features, read the online documentation. There are many more hotkeys and features within the program settings, not documented online. NTWind Sticky Previews (Vista and higher) is new and will have more features and changes coming.
