Not really 3D right? I’ve seen the Hollywood documentaries on 3D and there ‘s always TWO cameras. Thoughts? There are two techniques that could be used: 1) *IF* the camera is panning sideways (eg on a dolly track or looking out a train window) successive images are displaced and can be used instead of left eye/right eye images. Easy to get front inverted for back if panning in the wrong direction, but the software should take care of that. 2) As someone mentioned, you can crudely approximate a depth map by analyzing the depth of field of the image. Neither technique is very good and if you're a 3D enthusiast, this sort of processing will drive you nuts. There are some academic research projects to extract depth from single images which use techniques like FFTs. There's also methods of converting specific objects to 3D such as faces.
