Dear Giveaway.

I have a puzzle.

Often when I log in at your site I dont see any offer. As this Fontviewer

" OK I think, they are having trouble getting oftware and have changed into Giveawayeverysecondday :-))

But then a day or two later I see things in the list that vere never offered me during the 2-3 times I checked that day.

And yes, I use the right addrese, its the same link I use when I get misses as when I get hits.

I use Mozilla 3.5.

Yours K jensen.

I downloaded and registered this on my Laptop with Vista Premium and my PC with Windows XP with no problems at all.
I took time to try it out yesterday and this morning before commenting on this.
For me this is an excellent little program as I do graphic designs and have many programs like photoshop and PSP that use Font's and Dings and this allows me to go through and check the one's that I wish to use quicker and easier than the programs I have.
I also have eye problems including cataracts and being able to see the font's and ding's at size 84 is invaluable to me.
I do not understand why this got so many thumbs down and can only assume that too many people just rated it even though they probably didn't need it. And therefore I only read the comments of the people that obviously tried it and would probably keep and use it.
I would certainly recomend this program. Thank you GAOTD for this

Their equivalent for my 'hide request', is the ability to Select some. You can then view those in the 'Selected tab'.
It remembers those, after closing, so this will do the trick.

It would be nice if one could Hide Fonts we are not interested in.
And have a Hide/unhide button (or Menu) that allows you to show or hide all the ones you have marked for hiding.
Anyone know how to do that in this program, or in other free ones ?

119 - Poohbear:
"One person doesn’t understand why you would use more than one font... what must his correspondence look like."

It probably looks very nice, professional, and highly readable, unlike some of the very hard to read fruit salads I've seen from people who seem to think that just because they have a font they must use it in every document. There's a time and a place for minimal font variations, you know, as well as for the choice of font to be used.

For reading on a screen, Verdana or Trebuchet are best, while for printed materials it's best to use Times New Roman or a similar serif font.

What this program does is help to make it easier for you to see what the fonts look like, so you are better able to pick what you need for the document at hand, depending on who will receive it, what its intended purpose is, the image you wish to project, and whether it's to be read in print or on screen, to name a few things that need to be considered when choosing fonts.

My use would be to compare Fonts when deciding which to use.
This giveaway does a better job of that (than AMP Font , and FontFrenzy).
If your needs are like mine (just to choose appropriate font), give this a go.

Nice program. I am now able to see what all the fonts actually look like without having to try them out individually in OpenOffice or Word. I never knew I had so many!
Thank you GAOTD and Styopkin!
