“Giveaway of The Day” or mostly known as GOTD is one of the most popular software giveaway sites today. This site gives away one full version software everyday. There are a lot of software developers being their partner and promote their software through GOTD. Of course, this has a mutual benefit between them. Today, I have checked the effect of promoting a software through GOTD, at least, the traffic effect on the software developer site.”

“Giveaway of the Day (GOTD) is a website that gives away a piece of licensed Windows software for free every day. The site allows software developers to post their software to be given away on a specific day. Software can only be installed on this specific day due to protection software which checks the website and activates it on the day of the giveaway.”

“When you look up the word free in the dictionary, you’ll find a lot of definitions, but in the days of digital dependency and a falling economy, free only means one thing—expensive stuff for nothing. And if you own a Windows computer, one of the best sites to get free software from is Giveaway of the Day.
Giveaway of the Day has been around since 2006, with a few bumps in the road, but it’s still going strong thanks to PC users looking for great deals—free deals. Every day they have a new piece of licensed software available for Windows operating systems, varying from helpful system tools to file format converters to cool photo editors.”

“Get paid software for free, leave piracy to Johnny Depp.
GiveAwayOfTheDay.com – is a site that gives away free downloads. Yes, proper, licensed, original software that you would ordinarily have to spend on if you don’t support the institution of piracy.
When we checked out the collection of software that had been provided by the site till now, we saw that every now and then, a gem is available for free. As long as free candies rule, keep a tab on this site.”

“I’ve got something cool to share with you I’m not sure if your aware of this amazing site that gives away full version software on a daily basis that you’d normally have to pay for…for free…”

This website is an extremely useful website that offers free software to its users and asks for nothing in return. Although the site can go a while without offering a piece of software that interests me I feel that this is a small price to pay for free software. This is great for people who are looking for a legal alternative for acquiring software free. I would recommend this to everyone.

“If you’re a bargain hunter who hates paying for software and loves looking for freeware that can get the job done, you’ll love Giveaway of the Day, a Web site that offers up a new software package each day completely for free. The deals rotate each day, but if the developer allows the site to keep the app posted, it will remain available as long as the developer allows.”

“Do you want commercial softwares / games for free? Then continue…
Giveaway of the day is a website that gives you a commercial (paid) software/game for free. But you must download the software/game within that time frame. You may ask what is the benefit for software developers? The get benefited by publishing or promoting their software to millions across the world. Initially they may offer a commercial version which has few functionalities and then they shall ask you to pay for upgrading to later versions.
Remember you should download the software files within that day. But you can’t expect a higher end softwares such as adobe , nero etc. I promise that you will really love their releases.”

“Who says there’s no such thing as a free lunch? Giveaway of the Day gives you a different commercial software application, free of charge, every day. Yes, there’s a catch, but it’s a simple one: each program is made available for only 24 hours, and you have to install it the day you download it.”

“Are you interested in getting free licensed computer software? Then check out Giveaway of the Day and Game Giveaway of the Day. Each day they offer free software to download, with a different title each day. Be sure to bookmark these sites, as you’ll want to remember to check them each day to see what new goodies they are offering! On the sites, you can also see reviews by users of the software, which can be very useful in deciding whether to download the software. Looking briefly at some of the titles that have been available for download, it looks like there are a wide variety of worthwhile titles!”

“There are two perks that come with using the Internet. The first is that, whatever you need done, you can probably find software that will do it. The second is that, a lot of times, you can find free software to do whatever you need done.
Who doesn’t love free software? And there are enough freeware and shareware sites all over the Internet to keep me occupied for hours at a time.
I’ve seen programs at Give Away of the Day that would usually cost you a hundred dollars or more, and you can get them at this site for no cost. But there is only a twenty four hour window of opportunity. Once you miss a giveaway, it’s gone. In fact, if you don’t want to weep, ignore the list of past giveaways that you’ve already missed.
Give Away of the Day is a site I make sure I visit every day. And you should to.”

“Have you found Giveaway of the Day yet? There are a few sites I visit every day and this is one of them. Each day they have one regular piece of software and one game offered free of charge. If you miss it, too bad. It only lasts 24 hours and then they post a new one. Most of the programs are system utilities and sound and image utilities, and you can read reviews of them before downloading if you like. Check it out.”

“The success of your concept can be amply demonstrated by my recent experience. I had a systems crash two days ago and lost my hard drive. In rebuilding the new one I have already purchased copies of several of the titles I originally tried here for free. Basically I liked them so much I didn’t want to do without them. So, if any software publishers are reading this, don’t be afraid to join the program – I’d never have made those purchases had I not originally had the software from this site…”

“…Your GOTD program is great PR – I’ve already purchased three of the giveaways so that I can reinstall them at a later date if needed. Thanks, GOTD team!”
