Uninstall programs without leftovers!

Aml Maple is a new point of view at keyboard layout indicators: simple, modern, flexible. Aml Maple indicates the active layout being currently used (the language you are typing at this particular moment). It is always in front of you, exactly at the place you are typing!

The usage is very simple. For example, you can configure the red cursor for English and blue cursor one for French (or any other). Once you change your language layout, the cursor color is changed accordingly.

@ GIOVANNI.... U R Right, many persons do not use more tan English with an English KB. Hence such a PGM is useless to them. The rating here is largely a reflection of such. Once you start to be a Little more international, you may find this PGM useful. As for one I am evaluating it, as well as KBDKAZ500 which appears to be even more interesting. Thanks for your relentless efforts in bringing insightful comments and perspective. It greatly contributes in my GO/NO GO decision with respect to GOTD offers.

As it happens, I'm a Translator for 5 languages which I use on a daily basis and this app would've been excellent for my needs but, hey, developers decided to go on vacation in the middle of their job. Giovanni's suggestions will be thoroughly checked. When I gave you my Yes, Giovanni, your "comment usefulness" jumped from 87 to 110, so, you can't complain about my rooting for you.

I don't know why someone has removed my comment which said that the program didn't work on my system. Exactly, it didn't work on Office Word where it is expected to, but, instead, it appeared on the searching panes of my dictionaries and showed the language I was using. What the use for? Moreover,I saw no way to shift to the language I wanted to use.
I was told that this software is a Russian product.

Once again Giovanni makes a very good point: Do not give a thumbs down rating just because you do not need or use the program being presented.

Thumbs down should be reserved for programs that do not do what they claim, installation problems, conflicts with other programs or operating systems, and things along those lines, yes/no?

Once again thanks for your input Giovanni and others as well.

Really do not see a use for this, as the vast majority of the world usually only utilize native languages, and most OS' set up keyboards according to said lang automatically. No thanks.

It is a extremely useful if you use languages with different character sets and even more so when you mix lef to right and right to left languages. The program offers various ways of indicating the language (letters, a flag, colours). I use two letters, and am quite pleased with a previous version.
When you want to shut down windows, it prevents windows from shutting down and you need to manually confirm you want to close it. The programmers should make their program compliant with how to code background residing utility.

Same problem as first poster Karl;
Could not test it. It doesn’t not work on my system. I downloaded the portable version from their website and the same null effect.
___
I could use the idea or program though, living in Belgium;
3 official languages (NL,FR,DE) luckily only 1 officially rcognised keyboard; sadly this is azerty; not an easy keyboard, i prefer qwerty.

Uninstalled

No bad tool today...in short it’s an indicator for the currently used keyboard layout language, giving you an indication of a text’s language instantly.

As GAOTD it’s OK and pretty much handy when for instance you wonder what kind of language you stumbled upon when you reach a webpage written in a different language than yours (in fact whenever you click on the language it shows you a small abbreviation for it).

Useful only for those who often need to switch their keyboard layout between multiple languages (for instance people who work in the translation field or know more than one language).

If you know just one language (English) and need only the English keyboard layout, this GAOTD is obviously totally useless (and by watching the current ridiculous low GAOTD rating it looks like almost anybody here knows just one language).

Downloaded ok, registration went funny though. Entering the key with copy paste didn''t work, however’t hen i used the "get key from zipfile" option and I pointed to the downloaded file the ok button went black and i could press it.
It sort of works but way to limited. I get the NL abreviation when typing in Windows search box in start menu (Windows 8.1 64bit with Iobit Startmenu 8) however I see it in non of my browsers or text editors, not in any blogging software, not in windows live writer, heck the only software so far that it worked with that has anything to do with writing was advanced diary which I still didn't uninstall and Skype, didn't check other messengers. Oh and it didn't work in Phrase Expander.

uninstalled, way to limited.

Addendum :

Yes, I have different keyboard layouts, so it cannot be a missing alternative. I have installed the German, French and English keyboard, this is done quick in Win 8.1 with the keyboard sign in the symbol bar, where I have a virtual keyboard, too.

Installed on a Win 8.1 Pro 64 bit system.

A Russian company without name and address.

The idea is good, if you need different keyboard layouts. This idea must come from a cyrillic (or chinese...) programmer.

The idea is good, but I could not test it. It doesn't not work on my system. nada, nil, nothing. For the next try, I downloaded the portable version from their website and the same null effect. Does it work on Win 8.1???

Uninstalled.
